It began with a personal connection,” explains Toby. “I had worked with Konstantinos and Glenn from Comet Growth through the Isle of Man network. When I joined Maritec-Naias, we faced a complex challenge. Our brand was fragmented due to companies merging, and our presence in the Nordic region was limited. With Nor-Shipping on the horizon, we needed more than outreach. We needed clarity and direction.”


What started as a regional sales initiative soon evolved into a full strategic branding journey. Comet Growth facilitated in-depth workshops with Maritec-Naias’ teams HQ from Singapore in Athens, to work together on aligning brand identity, tone, and positioning across markets.

Fast-Paced, Full-Scope Delivery


The first major test was Nor-Shipping,” says Toby. “We engaged Comet Growth only five to six weeks before the event. Despite the short timeline, they delivered everything; new logos, sales material, branded visuals, business cards, event banners. We even co-hosted a networking event that positioned us alongside other key players in the industry.


Comet Growth brought in the whole team of branding experts, content strategists, designers and maritime advisors to meet the deadline with precision. The agile structure and hands-on approach ensured that Maritec-Naias arrived at Nor-Shipping with a unified brand and a professional presence.

What’s next?


The next chapter of the collaboration is already underway: a full redesign of Maritec-Naias’ website to reflect the updated brand and positioning.
