Comet Growth, the fast-growing Norwegian digital marketing agency specialising in the maritime industry, is proud to announce the opening of its new office in Athens, Greece — timed to celebrate the company’s one-year anniversary since its founding in Norway. 

Born in Norway in May 2024, Comet Growth is rooted in the values of sustainability, flexibility, and smart business development. As maritime industries across the globe face new challenges and increased competition, our goal is to help organisations adapt, innovate, and grow — while contributing to a greener future. 

Our expansion into Greece builds a strategic bridge between Norway’s future-focused maritime approach and Greece’s historically rich shipping industry. Together, we aim to unlock new opportunities for both countries by blending tradition with transformation.

• Tina Edvardsen – Founder and Managing Director of Comet Growth, with broad expertise in communication, innovation and business development 

• Konstantinos Machairas – Greek maritime expert with strong industry knowledge, local insight and an extensive network in the Greek shipping sector. 

• Glenn Edvardsen – Maritime professional with extensive sea service, strategic leadership experience, and a strong global network. 

• Per Martin Tanggaard – Former Nor-Shipping director with global maritime networks. 

The Athens office is already operational, and we’re proud to announce that we’ve established strategic partnerships with MARITEC-NAIAS and Ulysses Systems – both strong names in Greece’s maritime sector. We are also expanding our team locally, with our first hire in Greece already on board.
